The message was deleted overnight, but cyber crime cell of state police could track its location at Indore. Face Book account introduced as of Ria Roy claimed to be a member of ‘World Anti Communist Council’ which according to police is nonexistent.

The post used a photo of Manik Sarkar to introduce him as Chief Minister of Tripura. “He has numerous crimes to his credit” – it said adding “we issue Fatwa on behalf of World Anti Communist Council and announce a reward of Rs. 5.5. lakh for chopping down his head”.

It first sought bank account details of the person who will execute the Fatwa and then said ‘any person who chops Manik Sarkar’s head will be rewarded Rs 5. 5 lakh through Western Union money transfer’.
