The car
rally organised to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of
Malaysia’s Independence will be passing through Nagaland state
on National Highway 39 on the 25th August 2007.
Elaborate
arrangements are being made to provide logistic support and to
ensure safe passage to the ralliests on the occasion.
There will
be no convoy movement on that day on N.H. 39 between Dimapur-
Khuzama and mobile medical units will be placed at strategic
locations along the road.
Traffic will
be regulated and mobile squad will be positioned at strategic
location to provide security coverage and to control public who
wish to see the rally passing through.
