REGIONAL, December 13, 2025: The ASEAN-India Tourism Professionals Exchange Programme 2025 started in Guwahati Saturday focusing on tourism professionals from India and ten ASEAN Member States.

Organised by the Assam Tourism Development Corporation Ltd, the event runs from December 12 to 17 in Guwahati, Kaziranga and New Delhi.

Forty-one delegates from various ASEAN countries participated, with activities including a sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra. The discussions in Assam aim to report future sessions in Kaziranga and New Delhi involving policy consultations.
