BJP MP Locket Chatterjee tests Covid-19 positive

KOLKATA, July 3 (HS) BJP MP from Hooghly parliamentary constituency in West Bengal Locket Chatterjee has tested positive for Covid-19 on Friday. She has a mild fever and is now in self-isolation.

Locket herself confirmed the news on Twitter.

She wrote, "I have tested positive for Covid-19 this morning, having mild fever and was in self-isolation for the past one week. I will keep everyone posted. All is well."

Cine star turned politician Locket Chatterjee got elected to Lok Sabha in 2019 national elections.
