Poll outcome reflected peoples’ trust in PM Modi's governance

AGARTALA, December 04 2023: Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha opined that BJP's victory in three major states commands a significant importance ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. He said the results came as a clear rejection of the Congress and its alliance partners by the people.
Speaking at a news conference held Monday, Chief Minister Dr Saha emphasized that the BJP's win in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh comparable to victory of self-reliant India, honesty, transparency and good governance.
“Attempts were made to split people based on their caste and community to take electoral advantage which proved futile with people mandating against the Congress. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has rightfully said India has four castes – women, youth, farmers and the poor," he asserted.
Dr Saha also expressed that people from every section of society, particularly those economically disadvantaged; consider this victory as their own.
"The country is experiencing good governance under the leadership of PM Modi which is reflected in the states’ results. BJP in Tripura shares glory and pride of election outcome," said Dr Saha and added the people have rejected Congress and INDI alliance ahead of 2024 Lok Sabha.
Dr Saha mentioned that under PM Modi's leadership every individual in the country is benefiting from the government's flagship schemes.
"To further expedite process of welfare and development, PM Modi has initiated Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra across the country," added Dr Saha. He made a point that PM is prioritising various initiatives and infrastructure development and they impacted voters in the elections.
BJP state President Rajib Bhattacharjee was present at the presser.
