Tripura govt to recruit 915 PG teachers, six medical officers
The council of ministers chaired by CM adopted the decisions

AGARTALA, July 15, 2025: The Tripura Council of Ministers in its meeting Tuesday approved proposal for recruitments in the education and health departments. Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha chaired the meeting.
Six medical officers (Dental) will be recruited by the Health & Family Welfare Department, cabinet spokesperson and Minister Sushanta Chowdhury told journalists.
Besides, 915 PG teachers will be employed under the Secondary Education Department. The aspirants must have attained 50 percent marks in PG to be eligible to appear for the post, Chowdhury said.
A huge number of teachers will be recruited to teach in higher secondary level classes in government schools. Sushanta Chowdhury said Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC) will conduct the recruitment process.
