GOC 3 Corps flags in the National Integration Tour

AR formation under Spear Corps for 28 youths from Manipur

REGIONAL, March 14, 2025: Lieutenant General Abhijit S Pendharkar, General Officer Commanding (GOC), 3 Corps, was flagged in the National Integration Tour organised by the Assam Rifles formation under Spear Corps for 17 boys and 11 girls from Manipur. 

The flag in ceremony at Rangapahar Military Station, Nagaland, provided an opportunity for the students to interact with the GOC, who provided valuable insights into leadership, discipline and the crucial role of youth in nation building and integration.

During their return journey, the team made a brief halt at Kohima, where they explored the region's historical and cultural heritage.

The Lieutenant General, Abhijit S Pendharkar appreciated the initiative and encouraged the participants to contribute to nation-building.

The team is scheduled to return to Tengnoupal on March 15 or 16 marking the completion of this transformative experience.
